July 24th, 2024, held in Crowne Plaza Knoxville.
All attendees can present a poster for the Wednesday night poster session. The organizers will judge the top three and award prizes. To submit a poster, email the organizers your single-paragraph abstract by clicking the link HERE. Your abstract ought to include the authors’ name, organization, and email.
You will be notified within a week or a business day of acceptance. Registration is required to secure a poster slot.
All posters should be the standard 36 in x 48 in size.
