Assistant Chemist
Argonne National Laboratory
Sanja Tepavcevic is an Assistant Chemist at the Material Science Division at Argonne National Laboratory. Her research is focused on solid-state electrochemistry and interfacial chemistry of functional materials. She studies the link between material composition/structure and electrochemical properties to allow the design of new materials with tailored properties that can be used for the new generation of batteries beyond Li-ion. In particular, she is interested in ion transport in inorganic and composite polymer electrolytes, as these properties are central to solid-state electrochemistry and electrochemical energy storage in solid-state batteries.
